Jesus is the Center

How can anyone but a fool look at a creation like this and deny the Creator?

Good morning, Beloved Family of God,

In light of this situation with Naomi, I see more clearly than ever that Jesus is the center of our walk with God. His rescue of us while we were yet enemies is a love story that is unparalleled by any other in Creation.

We are now free from sin and sins. Through Jesus, we died to sin and our sins were taken away. The Law will show up on judgment day, looking to collect our souls and there will be no one home. We died and aren’t there anymore.

At the same time, the lid has been blown off of the blessings of God on our behalf. We can have as many and as much as we are willing to believe for. We can walk with God every moment with an awareness of His presence, our constant companion, and we don’t have to wait for the Rapture for that to become our reality.

Some people suffer alone in their closets, hoping and praying for the Rapture, or death, to take them so that they can go to Heaven, and live in unimaginable bliss – in their closet. They take that ‘I go to prepare a place for you’ (John 14:2-3) promise to heart and see Heaven as a place where they can continue to live independent and alone, sheltered in their own private room or mansion in heaven, loafing and chomping on heavenly bon bons.

They miss out on the main thrust of that promise; the ‘so that where I am, there ye may be also’ provision.

Jesus is the center. Salvation is all about a relationship with Him. It was for the joy set before Him that He endured the cross, despising the shame. That joy springs from His anticipation of an intimate, personal, eternal relationship with each one of us.

We are not to the be sister-in-law or brother-in-law of Christ, occupying one of his bedrooms and enjoying free room and board. We are the Bride of Christ and as the Church, we are to be His eternal constant companion in the Heavenly Realm. We are to share His throne (Rev 3:21).

The promises to Israel were an Earthly Kingdom centered around Jerusalem on the physical realm. God will fulfill His promises to them just as He said and they will occupy both the millennial Kingdom and the eternal Kingdom on the Earth.

By contrast, the Bride is identified with and inhabits the New Jerusalem, located in Heaven now, and during the millennium, likely to be in a geosynchronous orbit above the Earth. Beyond that, we know it will come to the New Earth, but beyond that, we have very little information or the capacity to grasp what glorious lives He has in store for us. What we do know is that our reward lies in the realm of spirit; a very real place.

It all centers on Jesus though. We have been freed to walk with Him. Our only safety in these perilous days lies in keeping our eyes on Him. His chastening at this time is a precious part of His grace as he molds us and reshapes us to live in fellowship with Himself. Jesus is the center.

The draconian nature of the governmental actions, infringing sharply on our Constitutional freedoms, combined with insane aid packages that will drastically inflate the national debt, can have almost no other purpose than to crash the current system of nations and realign the world into ten regions; the inhabitants of which share common interests and serve a single leader; one king for each region.

North America, including Canada, Mexico, and possibly parts of Central America will almost certainly be one of those ten regions. To speculate further is pointless, but that is where this is headed.

Praise God! We are living in very exciting times and once again, scripture is being fulfilled before our eyes.

Let us know what you need. Look to the Lord because He is actually the source of all of your help.    In Christ,   Jerry
